    the internet is not a novelty as is was 15 years ago, today it’s a real part of day to day living,

    Our roger’s internet bill has grown so large, the extreme high cost of having internet, is now our highest bill, more then heating our home !!!! more then food !!!!, more then hydro !!!!, we cannot afford to live , and have internet access, we have sadly decided to sell our home, it’s so bad that we feel it will also devaluate the price of our house

    good luck with your fight, but in all sincerity, Rogers could not care less what you do.or say about them, your going to need much much more power then a few angry customers to change this.

    I too was very upset about rogers switching the portable internet Wimax, my monthly rogers bill have gone from $40 a month to well over $200, I too called rogers, to no avail, no one there was willing to help us, and all they kept saying was these are valid charges,

    As a 20 year loyal customer I find it not acceptable, (it appears they are well rehearsed at what to say about this large unacceptable increase) it’s like I’m talking to a brick wall, I can only vote with my wallet, so the second we get an alternative internet provider, I am gone, I will never buy or use ANY rogers products again, I am finished with these people, they lied to me, and they have bad customer service, and their prices are a RIP-OFF
